Location - Burnley
Salary - £23k - £26k Basic plus benefits

The Role
You will be responsible for equipment going out for hire from start to finish making sure the process runs smoothly from start to finish for the client.
You’ll need to assist with getting the Hire & Sales contracts completed
Organise logistics so the equipment comes and goes efficiently
Communicate with clients and different departments throughout the process
Ensure all paperwork is correct and up to date
Look after repairs while equipment is on hire
Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients
The Person & Skills
For this position you should be an enthusiastic and strong communicator who is motivated to go the extra mile for our customers.
You’ll need to be able to recognise sales opportunities
First class approach to customer interaction and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
Able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
You should be able to work alongside the Warehouse & Transport departments to provide a seamless service
Deal with raising invoices, timesheets and holiday forms
Computer Skills will be essential for this position
The Package
Up to £26k basic depending on experience
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pension Contribution 8%
22 Days + Bank Holidays
