Job Title - National Operations Manager
Location - Stafford to M4 Corridor
Salary - up to £50k Basic plus benefits

The Role
You will be responsible for leading and motivating an established team. You will ensure that service and delivery meet the necessary standards throughout the company through your leadership of the Depot Management structure.
Our client will consider candidates with the right professional and commercial attributes and experience from a variety of backgrounds such as Construction Plant, Power Generation, Material Handling, Main Contractors etc.
Introduce processes and standardisation
You’ll need to be able to optimise fleet availability
Assist in developing the business using efficiencies and system changes.
You will need to develop relationships throughout the business and third party suppliers
Achieve agreed KPI’s & customer SLA’s
Look after repairs while equipment is on hire
Ensuring all clients are receiving excellent customer service.
The Person & Skills
For this position you should be an enthusiastic and strong communicator who is motivated to lead and encourage your team.
You will have led in a similar post remotely
You’ll need to be able to lead and motivate the teams throughout the different departments
Able to demonstrate good organisational skills
Knowledge of Purchasing costs and repairs
Assure future development through training
Computer Skills will be essential for this position
Qualified to IOSH or NEBOSH standards

From £35k - £50k basic depending on experience
